Access

Access to this service is granted at the sole discretion of Dave Polly. There is no guarantee of continued access, uptime, or availability. Accounts may be suspended or removed at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this service only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• Upload or submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Probe, scan, or test the system for vulnerabilities.
• Use the service to generate content that harasses, threatens, or defames any person.
• Abuse the AI backends in ways that incur unreasonable costs on the service operator.

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create — documents, journal entries, chat messages, images. By using the service you grant Dave Polly permission to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Your content is not used to train AI models, shared with other users, or sold to third parties.

Third-party AI providers

When you use Claude-backed responses, your messages are forwarded to Anthropic's API. Use of those models is subject to Anthropic's terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of those models complies with their policies.

No warranty

This service is provided as-is, without any warranty of any kind — express or implied. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dave Polly shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Data and availability

This service runs on personal infrastructure and is maintained on a best-effort basis. There are no guarantees of uptime, backup, or data retention. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any content that matters to you.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
